My dish network account is authorized to automatically withdraw $55.67 service fee monthly from my bank account. Early this month my computer repairman commented there was no HD reception on local channels as called for in my contract. On calling dish I was told a service fee of $95 would be charged for a technician to check it. When I responded I had never received HD on locals as contracted for the agent agreed there would be no charge.
