4 year old Kenmore refrigerator, contacted repair call center for service 800.469.4663, the answering person was of foriegn descent, unable to understand him, he was totally unable to comprehend our problem, asked many unrelated questions not pertinent to our problem. Ultimately the service appointment given was 4 days later, unacceptable as our problem was a current emergency and presented a fire safety hazard due a circuit board failure as diagnosed by a private technician we contacted . read full review »
