I read on the internet that DSL speed is over 100kps [http://compnetworking.about.com/od/dsldigitalsubscriberline/f/dslspeed.htm]. For a couple of years, their modem only gave me 25kps. Then, in Jan 2011, it dropped to the current slower rate of 11kps to 14kps. That is only 2x the speed of dial-up I used to have. When I contacted them, I ran through tests and told to contact them. Then, their tech man told me to pay more for faster internet. What an utter disappointment. read full review »
