Sir, Reliance Mobile has activated some service called CRBT on my Mobile with out my consent. Further, they do not respond to calls to customer care. Neither they unsubscribe the service when SMS is sent to them. They send a message accepting my request and renew the service religiously on every due date, taking Rs. 30 from my wallet every month.
