I cannot believe that they are getting away with charging overdraft fees on balances in the black. I had over 33 in my bank on 3/28. A debit for 7.99 was cleared and paid by the bank on 3/28. Then, on 3/29 an unauthorized loan payment for 100 was paid, leaving me with an overdraft balance and they assessed a 37 fee on 3/29 for that. Then, on 3/30, they assess another 37 fee on the same debit. When I complained, they tried to tell me the 7.99 bounced and that fee was for that amount.
