Where do I begin with them. 2007 I got this for my husband. We gave them our CC to purchase ONE year. Now jump to 2008, my CC was auto charged the entire year with out my approval. I was less then happy. I called to complain and spoke to a guy who started to say another name and then came out with Steve (interesting right). So I was told this is auto done every year.
