I purchased a brand new Kemore on 3/12 and it was delivered on 3/21. The icemaker did not work from day 1. We called for service and the first day of service was 4/2/2011. We waited ALL DAY for the tech. I called SEARS customer service repeatedly and they kept telling me the tech would be there later. Finally at 3:15, I called again and they said he would not be coming. The next date for service would be APRIL 12... 23 days from the delivery with no ice .
