I thought Idea Cellular customer service people did not have enough knowledge about their product and could never answer any query satisfactorily. And I thought Airtel was much better than the rest. Well..guess what! I was wrong. And i have no qualms in admitting it. Airtel has the worst service ever. I got myself a new Pre-Paid connection (9860646001) to get my BB activated.
