I am currently having the same issue as many others somehow they obtained my bank info and charged me 1.00 for a trial kit i didnt even order. I called them and told them to take me off record and i will return the package on my own expense because once you open the unmarked box its non-refundable. They assured me i would no longer be charged and then ofcourse 1week later they charged me 78.40 because they have yet to receive the package (which i dont believe) that they didnt even want back!!!
