Dear Sir, I am having fixed broadband connection No.05224109707. I got the bill of Rs.2387/-. Immediately contacted with customer care for over-billing and requested them to deactivate outgoing calls. But your team did not acceded to my request. Again I got a call on 23rd March 2011 and was told that un-billed usage has reached to Rs. 1600/-. I again requested for deactivation of outgoing calls.
