I ordered a product from them on the 6th of August, and it took 3 days for it to be "fulfilled" Then another 7 days as "Awaiting shipment" After numerous e-mails I was told that the status won't update to "Shipped" until it clears customs in my country. This is not true as a tracking number, and shipping status can easily be updated the moment the item ships from it's origin.
