Verizon 4G Retail Store sold me a used phone when I paid for a brand new phone. They never said it was used. I have been a Verizon Customer for almost 10 years. Dec. 3, 2010, I went to get a new phone and bought a Droid, switching from my BB. The store said that I have 30 days to come back and switch out my phone to another phone if I didn't like it or I could get refund minus restocking fee.
