I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago, my card has been charged but nothing has shipped. I have contacted customer service 3 times by email and 1 time by phone. In the 3 emails I sent I specifically stated that if the could not provide me with a shipping date for my item then I would like to cancel my order. while I have recieved a reply for each email none of them address a shipping date or my request to cancel order and refund my card.
