First, my original loan was NOT with this company. I had autopay with CitiFinancial--the company I did use to finance my vehicle--and so was somewhat surprised when I received an email informing me that Santander had taken a payment in the amount of my monthly loan payment from my checking account. I was surprised because I had no clue my account had been sold. I did a little research and found that CitiFinancial was no longer servicing their customers.
