I just bought my first home on 31st of March 2011. On the 1st of April 2011 I had Direct TV install my satellite. The technician drilled a hole to run a wire from the outside to the inside and hit one of my electrical outlet wires. Instead of Direct TV sending someone out to fix the problem they said I had to fix it myself and fill out a damage report. I canceled my service with them and now the are charging me for the installation ($100) after they screwed up my family room. I still don't have electric to my outlets. read full review »
