I called them from the yellow pages, based on their advertisement "30 years experience, Local Family Owned and Operated." As a single mom, I needed someone to trust. I had a clogged line. I was told on the phone that it would be $200 if they could use existing cleanout, and $500 additional if no cleanout was available and they needed to remove my toilet.
