The "pull" to recline my chair broke. It is just over a year old. In trying to get a replacement part, I encountered much "automated hell". Tried to get to an operator...that does NOT happen. Finally got someone by just pushing buttons to guess at a name. Supposed to get a call back. This is not a good mechanism on this chair. It broke much to easily and MUCH too soon. read full review »
