My mother in law Linda Engle, purchased a Emachines computer from our Local Circuit City Store. She purchased the computer on June the 6th 2008. Since the purchase of the computer it has not worked. Linda has mailed it back to emachines 3 times now and followed instructions given on the telephone from Technical Help. They refuse to call her back when she calls and they refuse to replace the computer.
