I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99. I called and left a complaint and my phone number (1-800-231-0884) but no one has returned my phone call. I guess their to busy. read full review »
