I received an ad, I assumed by an affiliate trying to refer people to working with Google in some sort of affiliate program. They stated in the ad that if you want to get more information about this program just send them $1.97 for shipping you the information. That would be reasonable to anyone. So I did. Then all of a sudden I saw a charge pending in my bank account for $72.21. I had no idea how that charge got there so I started checking it out.
