Delays and poor service

Kuala Lumpur to Dhaka
I was in line from 12 Noon till 2 PM to check in my 1 baggage. Then flight got delayed by almost 2 hours.
The ground service was horrible. In all, air asia service is terrible.
I will not fly Air Asia again. Also I will spread the word how bad is this airline. It is mass production without a heart and soul.
