If you need your computer repaired; I recommend going to a small, computer repair shop, where you will get more attention, instead of "Best Buy". Best Buy computer repair department broke more things on my computer than they fixed. Kept my computer forever, and were dishonest in their dealings. Best Buy in Pleasant Hill, California. They claim no one is in charge of the computer repair department. Their strategy is to make you wait until you give up. Do not file a valid Workers Compensation claim in California. Does not matter that you have a valid injury verified by lots of doctors. You will be black-listed nationwide. Employment-reference companies will distribute that you filed a claim for medical-benefits against a fellow-employer. No company will hire you nationwide. I was in an auto accident at five miles per-hour; an accident caused by a jay-walker. Other car, a truck, had slight dent on bumper. Other driver said he was not injured in the police-report. Allstate sent the other driver a check for $700 to cover "any injury" and then raised my rate $1, 000 per-year. Fortunately, the other driver was honest and sent the check back to Allstate saying, "I told you I was not injured." Budget kept me waiting a half-hour though I had a reservation, while Budget helped people without a reservation. Clerk said, "sign for this amount", but later put in a higher amount (triple), in retaliation, becuaus I complained to her that she and her partner should have had two lines, one for people with reservations and one for people without, or should give priority to those with reservations. Budget Car Rental in Nashville are crooks. Company replied saying they would not refund my money, offered me a coupon on my next rental. This site sells very poor quality, bootleg DVD's. Copied from a sixth copy from the TV, rather than directly from the TV. Picture is blurry. Not just not clear, but very blurry. You can hardly make out the people. Company did not answer emails to return the item. Company shows a picture of themselves with Mickey Rooney, implying their DVD's are legitimate.
