Santander needs to change their policies. I was late on my payments and tried to bring my account up tp date. I was given the option to take a settlement. I f I did not pay the $7000 with in 30 days my car would be taken. I met my payments. Now when I ask for the title I was told 5 days. I called back and was told my loan is not charged off and I had a balance. I was also told by Jason Chapel there was no recipt I could get stating I met my agreement. When I asked for the manger above him, he did not want to disclose this information. The practices need to change. read full review »
