Co-pay is really pay in full for treatment!!! I was told fillings not covered and I contact my insurance and it's covered at 100% I then contact the office and they say we can't confirm that because we need to submit a claim... After the pay the claim we will know if it's covered. Wow They charge u in full for treatment rendered. They will maybe credit you back after they submit claim!
