A sale representative called me three month ago to offer me a better international rate, her name was Elena, she only diclosed the 3 cents a min and local and federal taxes and every bill after that showed outrages amount not able to match what they shows on their incomplete statements. I tried calling their customer service many times but most of the time I gave up due to their long waiting time(over 30 min).
