I was given a gift card for a birthday present. Called the number on the back of it and placed an order for a women's top. Spoke with an individual by the name of Amy, took my order, told me what my balance would be on the gift card and I would have more order within 7-10 days. My order did not come, called the number today, was told I needed to call the store closest to my zip code.
