My 66 year old mother who does not own a house computer only a lan line home phone has been charged since 11/10 for a $14.95 per month fax charge. She called them being on limited income and was advised that I who lives in another town and no lan line, and told her that I used my computer and filled out a form "on-line" and that I advised them to charge her home phone #.
