Today, my husband purchased some nice new doors for my laundry area, or so we thought. When he opened the box to take the doors and materials out, he was appauled. One of the frames for the door was bent, he was going to fix it but decided he shouldn't have to be correcting brand new merchandise. As if this wasn't enough, he took one of the doors out of the box and there was a huge scratch right in the middle of the door as well as small scratches on the side of it.
