I purchased the Top Hat Gift Box with Penguin Pebble in an Elegant Gift Box with Framed Certificate for $19.95. in March of 2010 and used it a few times. This past month when I took it back out of the Perfect Penguin Pebbles garage to use it there was no water coming out when I hooked it up to the hose.
