I have tried for over 4 days to get my international text added to one of my three lines-cricket customer service upgraded the wrong number-then charged me a pro-rated fee to get it stragithen out-i was not told that i need to add funds to the flex bucket to use the text until i called again to check on service. so i requested the flex bucket funds be added-they took my funds from my card and placed the funds on the wrong phone line-I called to get this corrected and was told that i would have to pay again and wait another 24 hrs, before the... read full review »
