We've had Hughesnet some 5 years with many issues of down time and never a reimbersement of charges... Some long and some short, but never a complete service failure such as the one we've experienced for the past 5 days. Repeated calls back and fourth thru different levels of customer support have resulted in absolutely nothing. They run test after test and still nothing.
