I had the worst experience with Bank of America. I had an account with them for about 4 years. I am a student so it never had a huge balance but I always had enough to get by from pay check to pay check. Then one day I went online to check my balance to see that I was overdrawn. I looked at the messages on my account and conveniently it stated that at the same exact time I was overdrawn, mysteriously my email alerts were shut off by an administrator. T-Mobile

I recently had service thru T-Mobile. I had it for about 3 years and 2 sidekicks. Because I had already had phone service with another provider, I just used my Sidekick as a data phone (ie. Texting, Email, Aim, Web, etc) I had not had serviced rendered on a daily basis since August of 2008. I called on a monthly basis troubleshooting with the person and thn inevitably it worked for a good hour or day and then it wouldn't again. Dish Network

I recently called into Dish Network to make a payment arrangement. The woman over the phone understood everything and then confirmed it all back to me. Moments later she processed the payment and said that she did it now instead of later so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Once I told her very sternly that it was not supposed to be withdrawn now and that she had to unpost the transaction, she hung up on me.
