I order many things online, never had a bad experience, so stupidly spent nearly $200 on parts for my wood stove from this site. After 3 weeks and no parts, I contacted company several times with no response. I finally received what appeared to be a refund confirmation via email with a long list of excuses, but the actual money was never refunded to my account.
