We submitted all required forms, documents, etc. to Chase in February 2010 for a Home Loan Modification. Todays date is 4-19-11 and absolutely nothing has been done. We have sent 5 requests for a modification. My file is about 5" thick of everything I've faxed to Chase costing approx. $225 in fees. We were assigned a relationship manager in March 2010 and dealt with her til July 2010 when she informed us we were denied because of turning in a required document 1 day late.
