I bought a convection oven/range at Lowes on 5/3/2010. Less than one year later, it will not heat up well - just suddenly started not heating. I called customer service, and got a supervisor. this supervisor told me that I had purchased it in March 2010, and it was not covered under warranty, and that I would have to pay them to repair it. I explained that I knew that it was purchased in May, but he insinuated again that I must be a liar.
