Thought I was going to be moving, called DirectTV to order their services. Now I am not moving to that ;pcation, so I called to cancel! Their customer service SUCKS!! They will not cancel the order, even after I told them I don't need their service, as I have NO HOME to use DirectTV, they don't seem to understand plain simple enblish, and by the way, they have already deducted their "handling fee" on my debit card, and won't refund that either!! Very dishonest company!! Run don't walk away from these crooks!! Next move I make is to my states Attorney General, (conversion is illegal, and that is what DirectTV has done)!! read full review »
