The water and ice dispenser on my newly delivered LFX28978SB French Door refrigerator quit working after 20 minutes. The panel showed "ER CF". I read the manual and looked it up on line to learn I had to call LG. Then it started making a loud knocking noise - every 30 minutes in a cycle of about 50 knocks repeated 3 times. I called LG and was told they would send out a repair tech. I don't want a repair tech - I want the NEW frig I paid for.
