I used my debit card to make a 25.00 purchase. Little did I know that I was short a couple of dollars in my account. I didn't think charges would go through if the money wasn't in the account. I mean it's not a 'credit' card. The charge went through and a few days later I get a notice from the bank about an 'overdraft' fee. O.K., I chalked it up to 'now I know', and was set to pay the fee.
