I am a client who originally contracted with NuU Medspa in 2010 for the Smart Lipo procedure at the Oak Brook, IL location. I was quoted approximately 6400.00 and made a deposit of 3000.00. On Jan. 14, 2011 I made an additional deposit of 3000.00 bringing my total paid to 6000.00 and agreed to pay balance on the date of the procedure.
