After being a loyal customer of Dish Network for several years I decided to call to see what they could offer me so I would commit to another 24 month commitment. Sadly they offered nothing. I wanted to upgrade to a vip922 and was told by 4 different reps that it was free upgrade with a new 24 month commitment or $200 without a commitment. The next day when I called to set it up I was told it was $200 and a 24 month commitment. So I have to actually pay them so they can lock me into another contract.
