I have to say that I am disappointed on the values I once believed that target use to stand strongly by. Giving great customer service and team members who truly carry pride in their work. I once had a friend who was a Executive Team Leader who loved her job and the team she lead. The team also loved her and their other team leaders, they ran that store like a well oiled machine and it showed.
