i have two prepaid conection of airtel in patna, on 21st of april 2011 they (airtel) automaticly started a astrological services sms for my mobile and deducted rs. 40 from one mobile and rs.20 from other one. and when i contacted the custmercare they simply sayed that they can not return the amount, but i had never in the first place subscribed for any of those plans. please help. read full review »
