I sent for offer - and planned to pay shipping and handling charges. When I found out how much the charges were, I called to cancel - after explaining that I only received the product that day - 15 days after ordering they told me I could not cancel because my 14 day trial period was over. After much discussion, if you know what I mean, they agreed to cancel the subscription and refund my money.
