Optical Shop of Nyack is a very chic store with a beautiful selection of eyewear frames. The service is also quite professional and friendly. So what's the complaint - glasses broke and the store would not repair. The owner accepts some eye insurance, mine included. After applying the insurance to the frames and the discounts to the lenses I still had to pay $550.
