After purchasing product, I decided against it and cancelled literally 10 minutes after I called to order. They said it had already shipped and I was to be charged the shipping. They instructed me to return with confirmation number within 45 days of receipt. I returned it within the time period and was still charged $86.00 when I never opened the product. They stated that they didn't have to product and needed me to go to the Post Office to figure out what happened.
