I have purchased a snake chain that broke (almost $80 on sale), a charm bracelet that the clasp broke on after only wearing it several times (that was $100) those shoddy 24/7 watches that are impossible to put together and if you manage to do so, the band falls off almost immediately. Other complaints as well but JTV turns a deaf ear. If you are past your thirty day trial to return them, you are stuck with them. I got a Preferred Credit Card and used it to order a bracelet.
