Many people have reported the fraud perpetrated by Chase Bank- charges for an unauthorized 'payment protector plan.' I persisted mightily and Chase finally refunded 5 years worth of fees. At the same time, I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve - online- and the matter was turned over to the Controller of the Currency.
