Ordered 4 bottles of Fendi Perfume. Received Coco Chanel. Contacted them immediately, they said mail it back to receive full refund plus the cost of shipping it back. I have emailed them 3 times to let them know it had been shipped and to follow up to see if they received it yet with no response. Any suggestions would be very helpful. read full review »
