I ordered what was reputed to be their best selling product the Woodfordes Micro brewery with a Wherry kit. I also ordered some bottles which turned out to be out of stock. Their policy they claim is to part ship but in fact they didn't and it took over 3 weeks to get them to do this after repeated emails. They can't be contacted by phone and they don't respond to email.
