charged my charge card without authorization over and over and when I complained and returned the system they didnt credit me. I called back in 30 days and they said they didnt receive it. I found the tracking receipt called back and they found it right away. lady said good thing you had your receipt or we wouldnt have refunded it.also they didnt refund my shipping and were rude on phone. I didnt reorder diet suppliment and was charged the shipping for unopened returned suppliment . dont go with this company. worst i ever dealt with... try nutrisystem. read full review »
